Federation of Small Businesses (FSB)
Established over 40 years ago to help our members succeed in business, we are a non-profit making, non-party political organisation that’s led by small business owners, for small business owners. We’re the UKs leading small business campaigner, with 2,000 members in Leicestershire, we represent them to decision makers, media and the public.
Small businesses can provide good quality work and opportunities for ex-offenders, and setting up in business is also an option for ex offenders to consider.
FSB Members get an exclusive package of free business services including legal advice, financial products and employment support.
We offer our members support, events and a powerful voice in government.
Membership of FSB starts at £147 per year with no employees, and right away provides access to a wide range of support, from legal helplines and online hub of legal documents and templates, and advice, finance and support to help a small business succeed.
These support services can not only provide advice for members looking to recruit an ex offender, but also provide support for ex offenders starting up in business themselves.
FSB research has shown that our members are interested to know more about employing ex offenders and therefore we are happy to help make opportunities happen.
