  • Fleet Driver – Class One - starting salary £26,455
  • Fleet Driver - SKIP/RORO - starting salary £22,487
  • Fleet - Trade Refuse vehicle - starting salary £24,050

Location: Across our client and site infrastructure servicing Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.


• Working days any 5 out of 7
• 10 hour days worked between 05.00 and 19.00
• 1 hour break
• 28 days inclusive of bank holidays annual leave

Minimum age: 18

Bakers Waste Services Ltd provide a wide variety of Waste Management and Recycling Services to over 5,000 clients. Extremely serious about our role in educating and encouraging our clients and the local community to consider their impact on the environment and employ best practice to make saving the planet a reality.

Although previous experience in the Waste industry would be an advantage, we do provide full training and then on-going support. We are committed to providing services which embrace diversity and that promote equality of opportunity

Process for assessing criminal background:

To be considered you will need to have: -
• A full driving licence with a C/C+E licence entitlement
• A digital tachograph cards.
• Driver CPC card
• Must be able to operate an ‘in cab’ PDA device.
• Local work with no nights out
• Support from our onsite Workshop

Vehicle Wash

During January we shall be installing a truck and vehicle washing facility. All our trucks will be washed as part of their six-weekly inspection as a minimum.
