Ingeus UK work on the CFO programme on behalf of HMPPS and the European Social Fund (ESF). The focus of the CFO3 programme is to help offenders move towards social inclusion and mainstream provision by addressing multiple barriers. This will be achieved by facilitating access to comprehensive support, appropriate to their individual circumstance and assessed need. The program can fund vocational training for motivated participants and has a dedicated Employment Engagement Team in place. This helps us to lead those needing assistance with employment support, in to realistic and sustainable work. CFO3 has a great track record of placing participants in to work and receive very positive feedback from participants and employers alike.

If you would like to know more or would like to be considered for referral to the programme, then contact your Probation Officer or an Approved Premises (AP) representative and they will be able to refer you to Ingeus UK.
