Our RTITB-accredited Forklift Truck (FLT) Counterbalance Skills Bootcamp is designed to support unemployed residents, career changers and individuals looking to begin a career in warehousing and logistics. Learners will achieve an industry-recognised FLT qualification alongside warehouse operations, health and safety and employability skills.

Forklift Truck Operations - Momentum Recruitment Ltd
The Warehousing, Logistics and Forklift Skills Bootcamp is an intensive four-week, full-time training programme designed to help unemployed residents gain the skills, qualifications and practical experience needed to secure employment in the logistics sector.
Delivered by Momentum Recruitment Ltd, the programme combines Level 3 Warehousing and Storage training with accredited Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Truck licences, alongside essential training in health and safety, manual handling, stock control, goods-in/goods-out operations, and employability skills. Road to Logistics’ HGV Category C programme provides participants with a structured route into professional driving employment. The programme combines HGV Category C driver training with employability support, information, advice and guidance, workplace behaviours and preparation for recruitment into live logistics vacancies.
Participants are supported from initial assessment through training and licence acquisition to employer engagement, interviews and job matching. The programme is designed around employer demand, ensuring learners understand the expectations of professional driving roles and are prepared for progression into sustainable employment.
Road to Logistics continues to support participants following completion, helping them transition successfully into work and sustain employment.
Warehousing & Logistics - Road to Logistics C.I.C.
Purpose: to prepare participants for entry into warehouse, distribution and logistics roles.
The Warehousing and Logistics programme prepares participants for entry into warehouse, distribution and logistics roles. Training focuses on the practical knowledge, behaviours and employability skills required within modern logistics environments, including workplace health and safety, operational awareness, communication, teamwork, productivity and employer expectations.
Where appropriate and aligned to employer demand, participants may also progress into accredited FLT training.
Throughout the programme, learners receive individual assessment, information, advice and guidance, employability preparation and direct support to progress into relevant vacancies. Road to Logistics works with logistics employers to ensure the programme remains aligned to current workforce requirements and provides a clear route from training into interviews and employment.
