Information for employers

You can be part of helping to create an inclusive and diverse workforce in Leicester. We are looking for employers who would like to get involved with providing meaningful work placements for young people. Each young person on a supported internship is supported by a Job Coach. Some employers choose to offer paid employment when an internship has been successful, and a suitable vacancy is available.

We are also keen to work with you if you would like to get involved with creating inclusive pathways to employment, even if you are not able to offer work placements at this time.
