If you work in the community, you’re already doing amazing work to help people overcome challenges. Whether you’re a community group, charity, health service, or other support organisation, referring someone to Connect to Work can help them into employment.
What we offer
We work with adults who are:
● Out of work and want to find a job
● In work but struggling to maintain work
● Living with a health condition, disability, or other barriers
● Looking for one-to-one support to build confidence and take the next step

As we begin rolling out Connect to Work across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland our goal is to offer the highest quality support to everyone who wants to get involved.
To ensure we deliver this effectively, we’re taking a phased approach and expanding the service over the next few months. This means that, initially, some individuals or areas may not receive the full level of support straight away.
We’re working hard to reach every community, and we expect to have the full offer of support in place soon.
