Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner o join our team at Group 12 Limited. This is a full-time and part-time opportunities, based in Leicester offering an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals and shape the future of early childhood education within our organization.

You will be a keyworker for a group of children and be part of an established, experienced team of staff to meet the needs of individual children’s needs by completing relevant paperwork and working to the revised EYFS. You will model positive social interaction and play to provide exciting learning experiences. All staff are required to demonstrate inclusive practice at all times.
The successful candidate will:
Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator.
Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
Have experience of working with babies and children from 3 months to 5 years.
A competitive salary starting from of £24,000 per year plus based on experience and qualifications and experience
