What we do
We deliver Links to Work in Leicester and Leicestershire, a voluntary employability programme to help people aged over 25 get back into work. We work with a wide range of customers to support them with their recruitment needs such as updating their CV, applying and searching for jobs, interview techniques, improving their confidence and motivation.
Customers will have access to a dedicated personal consultant who will work with them to identify their strengths, skills and abilities – identifying any barriers they may have to employment. They will get a tailored support package to meet their needs to help improve their job prospects.
