At HMP Peterborough
We currently work with Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Rutland Community Rehabilitation Company. We support those residents from the Leicester area by working alongside colleagues from partnership agencies to identify and address resettlement needs, to deliver desistance based interventions, and to coordinate a release plan that is integrated bringing together all the necessary elements that will support a successful reintegration into the community and a reduced risk of reoffending.
They will cover:
- Accommodation, Finance, benefit and debt,
- Education, Training and Employment,
- Personal, Social & health support
- Through The Gate
- Co-ordinated release.
